SMS and Text Messaging

VA Pro Group Solutions LLC operates a customer care text messaging program. We send text messages only to mobile numbers whose owner has given us express written consent to receive them. Providing a phone number on a form, by itself, is never treated as consent to receive text messages.

How we obtain consent. Consent may be given by ticking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our estimate request form or contact form; by asking us during a phone call to continue the conversation by text; by sending us a text message first from your own mobile number; or by asking us through our Google Business Profile to reply by text. Consent is never a condition of requesting an estimate, of receiving a quote, or of purchasing any service.

What we record. When you give consent we record the mobile number, the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and where the consent was given. We keep that record for as long as we retain your project record so that we can demonstrate consent if asked.

What we send. Messages relate to your own request: appointment scheduling and confirmations, sending you your estimate, questions about your project, crew arrival and delay notices, and replies to what you have asked us. Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your conversation with us.

Every message is written and sent by a person. Text messages are one-to-one replies from the business owner to you about your own project. We do not send marketing, promotional or advertising text messages, we do not send bulk or mass messages, and we do not run automated, scheduled or recurring message sequences of any kind. Our software may suggest wording to the owner, but nothing is sent until the owner reads it and sends it. When your project is finished, or if you decide not to go ahead, the conversation simply ends.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages. You may opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP, or by asking us. Reply HELP for help, or call (704) 520-5770. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use messaging service providers solely to transmit our own messages to you, and they may not use your number for their own purposes.

Communication by Phone and Email

When you contact us or request an estimate, we may respond by phone or email using the details you provide. Communications may include appointment coordination, project questions, estimate follow-up, scheduling updates, service information, and customer support. You may ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

Estimate Request Forms

Information submitted through estimate request forms is used to review your project, contact you, determine whether our services may be a good fit, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, and maintain records related to your inquiry. Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract or guarantee service availability.

Uploaded Photos and Documents

If you upload or send project photos, documents, drawings, inspection notes, inspiration images, or other files, we use them to understand your request and evaluate potential work. Please share only materials you are authorized to provide. Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential documents, or third-party materials unless they are necessary and you have permission to share them.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide estimates, schedule appointments, communicate about services, perform requested work, process payments where applicable, maintain business records, improve website performance, measure advertising effectiveness, prevent fraud or abuse, protect our legal rights, and comply with applicable laws or obligations.

Automated Processing of Your Inquiry

When you send us an estimate request, a text message, or a photograph, we use automated tools from Google (Google Cloud Vertex AI) to help us read and organize it — for example to identify which service you are asking about, to summarize your project, and to prepare a suggested reply for the owner to review. The information processed this way can include your name, telephone number, email address, property address, the description of your project, any photographs you send, and our previous messages with you. This processing takes place in the United States. Google acts as our service provider and does not use your information for its own purposes or to train its models.

No automated system sends you anything, and no automated system makes a decision about your project. Every message you receive is read and sent by the owner, and every price is set by a person after seeing the work.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell customer information to third parties. We may share information only when reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide services, support website functionality, process communications, measure marketing performance, comply with legal obligations, protect rights or safety, or work with trusted service providers who assist us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our Staff Application

Our own team uses a private iPhone and iPad application, VA Pro AI, to work on projects away from a desk. It is not available to customers and no account can be created in it.
