PROJECT OVERVIEW
A connected plan for the complete space.
The original steps had weathered to the point where the tread surface and the rail were both doing less than they looked like they were doing. A front entry carries every visitor and every delivery, so the replacement was set out for a comfortable rise, a full-width flight, and a rail anchored into structure rather than into decking.
Every property requires its own measurements, condition review, selections, and written scope. These photographs show work already done; what your own home needs is settled on site.
